The Latin American Achievement Awards Canada is an award ceremony that recognizes
most prominent and celebrated Latin personalities who have distinguished
themselves at national and international levels in the development of the Latin American community
of Canada.
Performing exclusively at the award ceremony will be none other
than the triple Grammy award winning ‘Queen of Merengue’ Olga Tañon. Other artists to perform are Chilean folklore artist Lichi Fuentes as well as 2002 Latin American Achievement Award
winners Julio Cesar and Rosario Arce. Also performing will be the
popular local acts ‘Carlos Cruz y los Humildes de la Bachata’ and
‘Maiz Verde.’
